Darwin "Papa" Brooks founded Papa Sauce after his love for cooking surpassed his love for football. After leaving his coaching position at Deerfield Beach High, Papa founded Papa Sauce Kitchen & Catering. This Broward hot spot is widely known for its bbq sauce which originated from an old family recipe. The sauce is delicious on ribs, chicken, fries, steaks and everything in between.
